Our regular community meeting in the format of “Iron Thursday” has taken place.

This time, it was dedicated to returning to the roots — participants shared their starting points, early decisions, and the journeys that brought them to where they are today.

Our community continues to grow. New entrepreneurs have joined the CBG business club, who are actively developing their own companies and projects.

• Igor Gaisan — owner of the company: Gaisan dental group, Gaisan dental clinic, co-owner of Ortum and Transpadent;

This time, the guest of the meeting was Oleksandr Suvorov, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and founder of the unique PET Technologies plant.

In his speech on the topic “Olexandr Suvorov Brand: The Path to Yourself,” he shared his experience in forming a personal brand, the role of values ​​in entrepreneurship, and how internal decisions affect external results.

It was a frank conversation about responsibility, development, and the ability to build a name that works on trust.

A new member has joined the CBG community — Dmytro Rusnak, owner of Pride Cars, a car rental service in Western Ukraine.

The company provides cars for business purposes, travel and daily commutes, providing flexible solutions for various formats of transport use.

We are glad to welcome Dmytro to the club and strengthen the community of entrepreneurs who develop service businesses in the region.

Iron Thursday — about results, people and vision of the future.

The meeting began with an important one — they summarized charitable activities and discussed the results of joint initiatives. Then the participants had the opportunity to listen to the speeches of applicants for membership in the club — people who share the values ​​of CBG and are ready to be part of a community of action

The key part of the evening was the speech of Hryhoriy Kukuruza, economist, co-founder of Ukraine Economic Outlook, on the topic: “Economy and Business of Ukraine 2025–2026: Current Investment Landscape and Mid-Term Recovery Scenarios”.

They talked about real challenges, business opportunities and strategic vision for the coming years.

Iron Thursday in the circle of leaders and people of action

Traditionally, we started with informal communication. Then everyone was waiting for a speech by our speaker – Volodymyr Pavelko, founder of TransformWISE and an expert in strategic leadership.

He shared his own vision of the topic: “Strategic leadership as a prerequisite for implementing a management plan.” It was a conversation about will, systematicity and the ability to see the future. About how a leader shapes the direction, and strategy becomes an instrument of change.

Restoration of the rehabilitation department at the Chernivtsi Military Hospital

Supporting our defenders is a principle we adhere to at CBG.

Our business club has joined the restoration of the rehabilitation department at the Chernivtsi Military Hospital.

Thanks to the contributions of club members, about 600,000 UAH were allocated and used to purchase materials for repairs.

The renovated space will provide proper conditions for the rehabilitation of military personnel after injuries and will contribute to their return to a full life.

Books for the ChNU on the occasion of its 150th anniversary

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, we initiated a fundraising campaign and purchased modern business literature for university students together with the philanthropist – Borys Shestopalov, who came up with the idea of ​​replenishing the university’s library fund.

Also, during the event, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between our business club, Borys Shestopalov, and the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

We sincerely congratulate the Chernivtsi National University on its holiday and wish it success and prosperity, and are sincerely grateful for your contribution to the education of the flower of the nation!

Company Visit to LLC “TD Teplocenter”

Our participants visited LLC “TD Teplotsentr” – a company that has been providing Chernivtsi with modern engineering solutions for heating, water supply, ventilation, air conditioning and alternative energy for over 20 years.

We got acquainted with the scale of their warehouse, saw how logistics and service work, and learned more about approaches to management and development

Such visits allow us to draw inspiration and learn from businesses that implement quality and innovation in their daily work
